Our XTreme Duty Compact landscape rake has optional gauge wheels to maintain a specific depth when smoothing out uneven terrain or pulling trash and debris from the soil. It is Category 1 quick hitch compatible and is also compatible with John Deere iMatch.

5 of 5 Well built and makes my driveway look like new February 6, 2024

I researched attachments to perform maintenance on my 1/4 mile long limestone driveway, considering both a box blade and a landscape rake.  I settled on the EA Extreme Duty landscape rake, with the optional gauge wheels.  I wanted the features of the two pivot points in order to both offset the rake, and to angle or rotate the rake.  I knew the quality of the rake would be excellent and when it arrived, my expectations were exceeded.  I used the landscape rake this week.  After a couple of passes, my driveway has the appearance of freshly tailgated 2A limestone.  It did take me several attempts to level the rake and the gauge wheels and then set the depth of the tines with respect to the gauge wheels.  Offsetting the rake or rotating the rake is a snap and can be accomplished on the job, without the need for tools, by simply pulling pins.  In summary, I'm extremely happy with the quality of the EA Extreme Duty Landscape Rake and the job is performs on my driveway.

I like the ability to offset the rake and it is built sturdy. I also ordered the gage wheels which may be overkill for a 5’ rake but I wanted to set the height to not dig into the ground. I was given a 4 month lead time when I ordered. I usually pick up the implements I purchase from EA since I live in NC. The rake was ready in 4 months but the gage wheels were not so I ended up paying $80 to have the wheels shipped after picking up the rake. That was very disappointing. I like all the implements I’ve purchased from EA and will continue to add to my collection.

The implement I ordered was perfect. Great quality. Exceeded my expectations. The shipping courier was a mess. Even though I tried I could not get any information on the delivery. I am rural and was to meet the delivery at a local store for drop off. I sat in my vehicle for the majority of the day waiting, trying to find out exactly where the driver was. I finally just went home and it turns out the driver showed up at the store 3 minutes before the store was closing. Luckily, the store owner is fantastic and held my item for me until the next day. You should be able to get information on the courier so this doesn't happen.
EA RESPONSE:  We email tracking when every single order ships.  According to this customer, the delivery address was a staffed business, and no extra arrangements needed to be made, so that is how we shipped it.  The carrier simply shows up and expects to get offloaded during business hours.  This was all discussed when the customer placed the order.  Thanks for the business.
