I called and had to send pictures of the problems. After they looked at the mismatch weld on the the subsoiler arm they sent a new part and bolts out overnight delivery.
Great customer service but a little quality check could have saved time.

First, 2 of the bolts are the wrong length so its an hour into the TSC to get the bolts.
Second,  the shear bolt hole is not machined correctly and I had to drive the bolt through the hole and it messed up the threads and I had to use a second bolt I had ordered.
I would return the item if it was not for this was the only subsoil I could find with a shear bolt, because it is apparent they are lacking in quality control. I also bought a  plow and the grease fitting on the Coulter is to close to a bolt and the bolt will need to be removed to grease the item.
EA Response:  There was a slight welding misalignment, but as soon as the customer made us aware of the problems, we took care of everything.

This subsoiler exceeded my expectations.  I have used this attachment for digging up roots and small stumps.  It works great, the heft and angle of the cutting attachment functions quite well.

Heavy duty and well made. This subsoiler makes my John Deere 2032r grunt while in use. I have buried it to its full depth and once you have it adjusted it pulls easily. The instructions are vague and should have more information on proper setup.  EA Response:  Thanks for the business and product review.  Rather than writing/drawing out instructions, we produced detailed videos showing how to assemble our subsoiler and even took one to the field do show you how to properly adjust and use it.  Both videos are on the subsoiler product page at EverythingAttachments.com

I don't review things until I have had a chance to really use them. I used this in an old field that is being reclaimed. It has always been swampy on one end and I planned to put in field drain. After working it with the subsoiler, It had gotten workable. This piece of equipment cost me less than the drain tiles or pipe would have cost with a lot less work. Not a miracle but I am impressed.
Thank you.
