Established in 1946!
We remember our roots, and know that it takes great products and great service to be successful!

Our family history in this business goes back even further than 1946. This was just the year we were officially established as Corriher Implement Company. My great-great grandfather started out in this business in the mid 1850's by selling mules for pulling plows.

My grandfather sold mules until the early 1900's, and then sold the first Allis-Chalmers tractors that were built. My father, Charles Corriher Sr., worked at his father's dealership when he was a kid, just like me.

My father attended The Citadel, served in WWII, and came back to graduate from The Citadel with honors. He came back to a fully stocked Allis-Chalmers dealership in Newton, NC in December of 1946 thanks to the dedication and hard work of my grandfather. It was then that my father began focusing his efforts not only on selling tractors, but also on the implements (attachments) that made them so useful. Corriher Implement Company was born.

We switched tractor lines from Allis-Chalmers to Ford in 1968. I've spent most of my life here since I was 2 years old, and have seen many changes come about. I saw Ford become New Holland, watched the transformation of the skid steer into the powerful machines they have become today, and seen the popularity of the Excavator and Mini Excavator grow, and I have seen many different attachments come and go.

When my turn came to take over the family business, I decided to give up our successful New Holland dealership to pursue creating the best place to learn about and purchase attachments on the Internet, and the chapter in our family history called Everything Attachments was just beginning to be written.

Like my father, and his father before him, I am committed to providing the highest quality attachments that will serve their owners well time and time again. They built this business on a strong foundation of putting the customers needs in front of their own. Giving great advice about which attachments works best for which piece of equipment is a tradition that is still at the heart of our business.

Corrihers and Farming Have Always Gone Together

Ted's Uncle The Corriher Family has always been in the farming industry, here is Ted's uncle who sold mules from around 1949 until his vision worsened beyond the point of being able to run the business. This was the longest running business in Lincoln County NC until mid-2009. His Company (Rhodes & Corriher) could trace its roots all the way back to the 1850's when ted's great grandfather began selling mules until Ted's father Charles Corriher Sr. thought it would be a good idea to get into the tractor business. Both businesses lasted for many years, and the TC Corriher Implement Company

Advertisement for Rhodes and CorriherFarming has always been a big part of the history and culture here in North Carolina, and the Corriher family has never been far from the heart of it. Here can be seen a newspaper ad from the Lincolnton Times for Rhodes and Corriher that ran on Dec 16, 1935, showing that the true passion of this family has always been the farming industry and now with a specific drive towards tractor and skid steer attachments and implements. This family has branched out over the last 160 years to be tractor and attachment dealers to skid steer and tractor attachment manufacturers. Surely the Corrihers didn't plan on all of this when they first started all those many years ago, and only time will tell where they'll end up now.
