good an heavy . took two sons to lift it. i had the mounting bolts ready and bolted it in place. the 1 & 1/4 diameter hitch pin hols were not precisely aligned with each other so the pin does not drop strait through so i cleaned them out with a small stone on a drill and in 5 minutes the pin dropped in place.  highly recomend this weight bracket.
