4 of 5 Well Made June 27, 2020

Sub soiler is nice and well made, I like it.  Found that if it collects roots it disturbs the ground more.  If they build up stop and clean it off.

My JD 5200 seemed a little light for this attachment, I don't think this would work on a compact tractor unless you have real nice soil.

5 of 5 Sub Soiler May 7, 2020
Reviewer: Terry James from Lawrenceville , PA United States
FedEx delivered in 2 packages.  Easy assembly...watch the video. Used for 3 different purposes on my old but reliable MF35. 1) Sub soiler on heavy north PA clay.  Had to wedge in a couple of rocks on the frame for weight to cut through the clay (3pt hitch has no downward pressure) and took a couple of passes.  2) added middle buster plow to work my ditches.  It was effective for that with the long vertical. 3) Attached a 90 degree elbow with radiator screw clamps and used it to bury 100 ft of direct bury 12/2 wire to get power to one of my sheds.  Very happy with the build and construction of the sub soiler.

Worked great after I figured out how to assemble it. Written instructions would have been helpful.

5 of 5 Just what I needed December 4, 2018
Reviewer: Clarence Merritt Jr from Fort Worth , TX United States
Needed to improve rain runoff drainage from a wheat field to pond. Subsoiler digs to the depth I wanted, and by adding a potato plow point I got the width I wanted. Results were excellent. Pond filled beyond expectations. Very satisfied .
