Hi, I'm Ted with Everything Attachments and we're here today with the construction scrap grapple from Construction Attachments. This bucket has an extended lip so you can have a large capacity. It has the sides cut out of it instead of like the regular bucket would, so you can let your debris hang through the side easily. This has heavy duty grapples with three-
quarter inch steel going all the way from the hinge to the bottom. It has perforated holes with another brace in behind here and a square bar in behind where the pressure load comes from your cylinders. The holes are not punched out where the cylinder is to protect it from scrap that might be coming through the wholes there.
On the front edge here, it comes standard with a reversible hardened cutting edge and it's also reinforced on the inside here with another plate. The back of this bucket, they've added a radius at the back of the bucket to help your material curl all around so it'll fill your bucket easier. This is all three-eighths high grade plate to keep the weight down, but keep the strength in it. These pins are gusseted on both sides for a clevis.
As you can see, these are the main gussets that are holding from the cylinder and the pins that are coming from the grapple, they come all the way from the front around the main post here, into the hitch plate, to give it its maximum strength. So, when you're doing your push here from where your pads are on your skid steer, this weight is going to be distributed through the whole bucket for extra bracing. It also has braces underneath the bottom of it. All the hoses are routed behind this plate here, so the scrap's not able to tear your hoses up. All the hoses will come with every bucket ordered from Everything Attachments, so you will get your half-inch flat-faced couplers.
So, now we're outside with the construction attachment scrap grapple. Just wanted to show you a few more things that it does have when we've got it on a machine where we can use it. You do have 45 and a half inches of clearance here to be able to get anything in. A lot of these scrap grapples do not have the extra piece welded on here to give you the strength along with that cutting edge that's replaceable and reversible and with this back edge being sloped to let your materials come in, the backside of this is square, so you can still back drag with it if you need to and the sides are cut out to where you can carry debris longer than the bucket is wide.
And as you can see, with the grapple up, you can't see the cylinder from this side and that's just to protect it from any of the junk or scrap that you might have in there so it's protected. So Construction Attachments put a lot of thought in this bucket and it's the best scrap grapple I've seen on the market. It's really heavy build. So, just for your machine, make sure you give us a call or email at Everything Attachments and we'll be happy to make sure you get the right size bucket for your machine.
