Purchased this hitch for my Kubota BX tractor. Hitch arrived completely unpackaged and the mailing sticker was stuck to the frame of the hitch.  As a result of not packaging the product, it arrived with several paint scratches and chipped paint.  On the good side of this review, the hitch is well made and fits perfectly and will most likely outlast the tractor.  Had it not been for the packaging and paint problems, I would have rated it 5.

The company should pay more attention to properly package their product.
