I ordered this auger and it was shipped within two days.  It arrived strapped to a pallet in perfect condition.   A bit of the paint was flaking on the teeth, but the REST of the paint on the teeth wore off (as expected) when being used.  This is how it's SUPPOSED to work anyhow.  

Service was great.  Best price on the internet for this quality of auger.   Great videos on youtube.  

Buy from these guys, you won't be disappointed.
