5 of 5 Well Made Excellent Service December 8, 2023
Reviewer: KALE from SHELBY, NC United States
I have use my aerator for two seasons with no issues, I purchased these tines for future needs.  Likely due to operator error on my part (you can’t really plug roots and rocks) definitely not because of poor quality.

I am impressed with the quality of this aerator.  I look forward to its first use this fall.  I will definitely consider other products from EA and glad they are writhing driving distance of my home.

2 of 5 Only received 4 out of 10 April 15, 2021
Reviewer: Mark from Beaver, PA United States
I ordered these along with an aerator to have as spares.  They were shipped via freight along with the aerator.  Only 4 of the 10 arrived and were loose within the pallet.  Not exactly sure how they were packaged, but it was obviously not adequate.  Would have rather paid extra shipping cost to have it sent separately via ups/fedex.  Oh well.  Not a huge deal.  EA RESPONSE:  We are sending the missing tines.  Thanks for the business!

5 of 5 Awesome product and customer service June 10, 2020
Reviewer: John Miller from Arnold, MD United States
In 2017, I purchased an 36" EA Independent Wheel Lawn Aerator with Alternating Depth Tines in 2017 and use it 4-6 times a year to aerate (twice each field and then over seed) 8-10 soccer fields, very hard packed sandy soil, as well as multiple residential yards.  The aerator itself looks as good as the day it arrived.  The only wear and tear has been with the longest set of tines.  After calling in to EA for advice on replacement, I ordered 50 new tines.  I replaced the bolts (USA made found on Amazon - Grade 5 Newport Fasteners 5/16 inch x 2-1/4 inch Hex Cap Screw Grade 5 Zinc Plated Steel (Quantity: 100 pcs) Made in USA, 5/16-18 x 2 1/4 Hex Bolt/Coarse Thread/Partially Threaded 0.875 inches of Thread) for the tines at the same time, as they showed signs of wear.  Aerator is again pulling plugs like new.  Thanks EA!

4 of 5 Solid build April 21, 2020
Reviewer: Jody Pinkelman from Linden, NC United States
Are very well engineered and constructed.  It would be great if the bolt and nut were included because I foresee that tines may come free from loose hardware in spite of the nylon locking bolt.

5 of 5 Replacement Tines - Great Value April 7, 2020
Reviewer: Michael Miller from Loudon, TN United States
After first use of ETA-PLUGGERV2-72 Drum Style Lawn Aerator V2.0 72, while cleaning the clay out of the tiles noted one was missing.  Ordered the replacements and came in quickly.  Dropped right into the slot and had to pick up a 1-3/4" long 5/16" Bolt and nylock to secure to the drum.  No issues on second pass even with additional weight on the Plugger.  In all added 27pcs 4x8x16 solid concrete blocks to the aerator for full penetration in our hard soil.  Tines held up great even with all the weight (approx 720# for the aerator and 864#ballast) 1584# bearing down on the tines.  Tines pull great cores.
