Good grapple but terrible sales people. |

The grapple works good but I was told it was 100% US made. The cylinders are India, hoses from Mexico and fittings from China. The grapple is "assembled in the US with global resources". It is not "made in the US" if it has foreign parts on it. The salesman was arrogant and told me to send it back because I didn't deserve such a good product. China is the enemy. My grapple has an American flag and "China" printed on it. Sad I had to wait 4 months to find out I was lied to. EA RESPONSE: We use the best bolt on components available in the industry. Have been using the same cylinders from the start, and there are no USA Made alternatives. There are some sourced from other countries with barely enough components to be called US Made, and there are some sourced totally from foreign countries and claimed to be US, or not proclaimed to be imported. Gates hoses, which are also found on this customer's Kubota tractor, are from Mexico. Sad? Yes, but again, we use the best we can source. Parker fittings? Yes, sadly, many parker/pioneer fittings are stamped china, and not pointed out as such in their literature. We will continue to use the best we can source and use the best USA Made steel in the industry, making the Wicked Grapple BONES here in house, producing some of the most happy customers possible. When one bad apple comes out of the bunch, we'll explain to him just as we did this guy, but some just won't accept truth. Thanks for the business.
