Have fields that haven't been disturbed in 40+ years, that while brush hogged almost every year, has with time, been seeing the 'brush' slowly getting a foot hold. Over the last few years, realized that an underground root system was building, far more extensive than I imagined. So spent a year or two looking for something rugged enough to tear this root system out while loosening up the soil that didn't require plowing. Bought this Fred Cain cultivator and does this thing work well. The soil is being torn up, the root systems are being torn out of the ground. And while I am pushing this piece of equipment to perform, its meeting my expectations.
