Well made solid PHD Wednesday, August 6, 2025 Reviewer: Ed Vaske from Fort Jennings, OH United States   I ordered a 6900HD post hole digger from EA. The order process was easy. I found the people there are very knowlegeable. When I got my digger, I decided to read the owners manual on putting it together 1st. I found they do not include on. They did send a helpful link to a vid. On assy., I found a nut had backed off in shipping and a couple washers and nut were missing. After the 1st use, I realized that this PHD is a very good and powerful unit. So far, I am satisfied. Was this review helpful to you?

Seems like solid equipment for a fair price Thursday, December 12, 2024 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Olmitz, KS United States   Shipped fast.  Arrived in damaged boxes so hardware was missing - all easily replaced at the local farm store.  Seems like heavy duty equipment for a fair price.  Starting a fence project soon.  Ask me again in a month. Awesome Post Hole Digger Wednesday, November 8, 2023 Reviewer: DOUG FULTON from SUMMERDALE, AL United States   Purchased this digger with a 9 inch and 12 inch auger to help build some new fence. This thing is awesome. We’ve set about eight different corners and braces so far and numerous line posts. Both the digger and the augers work extremely well. Top Quality Products Monday, October 23, 2023 Reviewer: Edward Brocker from Sussex, WI United States   I’m so glad I purchased the EA6900 post hole digger. Travis was very helpful when I was deciding.  Now that I have it, I’m so impressed with the quality. Product Review Tuesday, July 11, 2023 Reviewer: Michael Stubna from Oakdale, PA United States   Overall:  Very durable, solid product Complaints: Holes in auger do not line up with gearbox shaft; Yoke is not of sufficient depth to fit onto Kubota 6060 as requested when ordering.  However, it works fine on Kubota 39TLB EA RESPONSE:  We have used our post hole diggers on our Kubota L6060, and sold them to many customers with the same tractor, so we are reaching out for more info.  Concerning the auger bolting on... Only one bolt needs to be installed, and it will line up.  We are also addressing this with the customer.  If anything is ever concerning, we're here to help.  It is more often customers simply needing assistance, rather than a fault of the product, but we're here, either way. 5 star on digger/ 2 star- communication Tuesday, June 13, 2023 Reviewer: RANDY WATKINS from THREE SPRINGS, PA United States   Mixed review- ordered and told 3-4 weeks and ended up being several months.  Card was charged a month prior to receiving it. No communication on their part, I had to call them repeatedly. At one point I told them I may have to cancel if it didn’t come soon and was told, “ that’s fine.”  When it did come I asked if it was filled with gear lubricant. Video they put out says it is, but I wanted to double check. I was told , “ I think it was, but you better check for safety sake. “ odd response, not the comment one would expect. So, my recommendation- brush up on customer service. Digger itself- awesome piece of equipment and works great!  I’m glad I got it! EA RESPONSE:  We're usually pretty good at predicting lead times, but sometimes material unexpectedly gets us behind.  We don't like it, either.  Concerning the gearbox, they're all supposed to have the proper level of fluid when leaving here, but it is always best to assume it is dry, before use.  Nothing like double checking because it's better safe, than sorry.  Thanks so much for the business and feedback. 6900 hd Friday, May 12, 2023 Reviewer: bryan shoum from BRIMFIELD, MA United States   the post hole unit was very nice, went together very easy . however the weld on the 12" drill broke the second time i used it,  EA RESPONSE:  If there are any defects in material or craftsmanship, they will be taken care of.  This is true for all products we sell. Correct communication Friday, April 14, 2023 Reviewer: Fred Silvia from Rindge, NH United States   Order post hole digger in March was told when placed order by phone it was a four week wait. Then 2 days later I received an email saying your posthole digger will ship today. I called to say I could receive the item because we just had a 3ft snow storm. I was told no problem. Call us when you would like it shipped. I called 2 weeks later only to be told  we don’t have the drill bit and we won’t have it till June. I was very upset and told them it was unacceptable. 1 day later received an email saying item will be shipped in 1 or 2 days. A lot of aggravation for could have been around with a little communication. Excellent product no issue there.  EA RESPONSE:  With the high volume of orders we experience around this time(spring), things can get a little crazy, with everyone not knowing exactly when an order will ship, but we always do what we can to cater to our customer's needs.  Sorry for the inconvenience.  I hope the post hole digger's performance, quality and longevity makes up for the missing stars.
