Auger tip Wednesday, January 28, 2026 Reviewer: Aris Arsenis from Manvel, TX United States   The original tip broke in half, trapped momentarily in a live oak root. The tip wasn't at fault.  I had the wrong safety bolt and it didn't snap to prevent this. The replacement came fast, wrapped correctly and fit perfectly. I'm a customer for the last 8 years not a single complaint.  Great company to deal with. Was this review helpful to you?

Auger Tips Monday, October 14, 2024 Reviewer: Scott Abbott from Yellow Springs, OH United States   I ordered two auger tips and received only one.  The one that I got looked used, even though I was assured it had not been.  The outer box had been opened and retaped.  Nate offered to send me the missing bit, but the quality was not up to my standard.  When I buy something new it needs to look new. Auger Tip Thursday, April 29, 2021 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Michigan City, IN United States   Auger tip does the job. Packaging was so poor I am surprised it made it here. Cardboard box had about 10 large copper staples to close it but only 2 of the staples actually were installed correctly. box was torn open laying by my door with the items laying in bottom of box.
