Why Choose an Everything Attachments Cultipacker?
Not all tractor cultipackers are built the same. Everything Attachments manufactures heavy-duty 3-point hitch cultipackers with an emphasis on packing weight, axle strength, reliable bearings, and easy tractor hookup. Our goal is to build equipment that performs well in the field and stands up to years of use.
30 lb Smooth Wheels vs. Lighter Notched Wheels
One of the biggest differences in our cultipacker design is the use of heavy 30 lb smooth packing wheels. While some manufacturers promote lighter notched wheels for breaking up clods, wheel weight is another important consideration.
Our heavy smooth wheels apply substantial pressure to prepared soil, helping crush clods, firm seedbeds, and improve seed-to-soil contact. Smooth wheels also provide a consistent packing surface, making them an excellent choice for food plots, gardens, and field preparation.
2-Inch Solid Steel Axle and Greaseable Bearings
Our cultipackers use a 2-inch solid cold-rolled steel axle supported by 2-inch greaseable pillow block bearings. The heavy axle provides a strong foundation for the packing wheels, while the greaseable bearings allow routine maintenance.
We have also added external bearing stops to help prevent the axle from sliding out of position if the bearing set screws become loose. This additional design feature provides another level of protection against unwanted axle movement.
Heavy-Duty Grade 50 Steel Frame & Fully Welded Hitch
Our cultipackers are built around a heavy-duty 3" x 3" square steel tube frame with 1/4" wall thickness. This substantial frame provides a strong, rigid foundation for demanding agricultural use.
The upper and lower hitch assemblies are fully welded using 3/8" and 1/2" Grade 50 steel. The lower hitch also incorporates a Category 1 and 2 step pin connecting all three hitch sections together, further reinforcing the structure rather than relying on separate bolted components.
Every Everything Attachments cultipacker supports Category 1 and Category 2 three-point hitches and compatible quick-hitch systems.
Fold-Down EZ Stand for Easier Storage
Anyone who has handled a conventional cultipacker knows how frustrating it can be when the implement rolls or becomes difficult to reconnect. Our fold-down EZ Stand allows the operator to park the cultipacker in a stable position, disconnect the tractor, and leave the attachment ready for the next use.
What Is a Tractor Cultipacker Used For?
A tractor cultipacker is a soil-finishing implement used to firm prepared ground, break smaller soil clods, and improve seed-to-soil contact. It is particularly useful when planting food plots, grass seed, gardens, and other crops that benefit from a firm, even seedbed.
A cultipacker can be used before seeding to firm and level loose soil, or after broadcasting certain seeds to press them into contact with the soil. The correct sequence depends on the seed type, soil conditions, and planting method.
Choosing the Right Tractor Cultipacker
When selecting a cultipacker, consider your tractor's three-point hitch lifting capacity, the working width needed, available maneuvering space, and the acreage you plan to cover. A wider cultipacker can reduce the number of passes over large fields, while a narrower model may be more practical for small food plots and tighter spaces.
Browse our available models above to compare working widths, weights, and specifications. Everything Attachments manufactures these cultipackers with heavy-duty construction and practical features designed for real-world use.
