The Hackett Flexible Chain Harrow is a versatile tow-behind drag harrow designed for pasture maintenance, manure spreading, light soil preparation, and seed covering. One of the advantages of the Hackett chain harrow is its reversible chain mat design. The harrow can be positioned for more aggressive ground engagement when breaking up manure piles, disturbing surface soil, and loosening accumulated vegetation. By turning the mat over so the tines face upward, the harrow can be used for gentler dragging, smoothing, and lightly covering broadcast seed or fertilizer.

The flexible chain construction follows uneven ground and helps shed accumulated debris during operation. Hackett's offset drawbar linkage is designed to reduce tine tracking, while the detachable front and rear sections make handling and storage more convenient.
