Can't Break It

The part of the ad that caught my attention was the description of how tough it is. Heavy steel, carefully welded. I have done a lot of damage to a lot of equipment. I'm not working to preserve the equipment, but to get the job done and preserve my back. So I need equipment that can take care of itself. This fits the bill wonderfully, and gets the job done beautifully as well.

Pleased with Grapple, disappointed with delivery

Ordered 9/15/2022 for $2,860.89 + $110 delivery + tax. Price dropped Oct 7 to $2,689.24 but no refund. Shipped 1/3/2023. Arrived Shreveport YRC terminal Jan 9. Sat in Shreveport until 1/19/2023 delivery. Frustrated with delivery charge when it took YRC 10 days to get it out of Shreveport. Grapple arrived with some spots scraped down to bare metal. Need to paint to prevent early rusting. Grapple now $2,399. I am pleased with the construction quality and operation so far. But, am disappointed with the 4+ month delivery from order, YRC's delayed delivery, arrival condition (maybe a YRC handling issue). In hindsight, I should have inquired about delivery terminal location and picking it up to save the $110 + tax delivery. It would be nice if EA honored the current $2,399 price and credit the $461.89 + tax difference. It was a long wait from order to delivery. Many projects were affected. Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback. I hope to hear positive reply from EA. EA RESPONSE: Thanks for the business and we're sorry for the carriers issues with getting it to you in a timely manner. The freight industry has been hurting from labor shortages and it is frequently frustrating. Our prices are determined mainly by steel pricing, which fluctuates. As orders come in, we order steel, so the steel for your grapple was already purchased at a higher price, so we can't go back and give everyone a discount. I hope this explains that. Finally, the wait time is something we've been working to improve, and most grapple orders have been shipping in 3ish months or less, which has improved since the estimate build time for your order was around 4 months, which was discussed when the order was placed. I hope you enjoy the Wickedness. Thanks for the business and feedback.
