Formed Grade 50 Steel Angle-Style Disc Harrows
Our 48" Compact Disc Harrow and larger Xtreme Duty Angle-Style Disc Harrow are commonly referred to as angle iron disc harrows, but there's an important difference in how we build them. Instead of using conventional angle iron, we form the bends and angles directly from flat sheets of high-strength Grade 50 steel to create our heavy-duty frames.
These disc harrows feature 1" axles and front and rear disc gangs set at a fixed 21-degree angle for consistent soil penetration and tillage performance. Their straightforward design makes them a great choice for tractor owners who don't need adjustable gang angles.
The 48" Compact Disc Harrow is specifically designed for subcompact tractors and smaller compact tractors, providing a practical solution for preparing gardens, food plots, and smaller planting areas. Our larger Xtreme Duty Angle-Style Disc Harrow is intended for compact tractors that need a heavier-duty implement for larger soil preparation jobs.
Heavy-Duty Deluxe Box-Frame Disc Harrows
For customers who need greater adjustability and more substantial construction, our Deluxe Box-Frame Disc Harrows take things to another level. These models feature heavy-duty box-frame construction, larger 1-1/8" axles, and independently adjustable front and rear disc gangs.
Unlike our fixed-angle models, the box-frame disc harrows allow operators to adjust the front and rear gang angles separately. This provides greater control over how aggressively the discs cut into the soil, helping match the implement to different ground conditions and tillage requirements.
Screw-Crank Gang Adjustment Without Disconnecting Your Tractor
One of the standout features of our box-frame disc harrows is the screw-crank gang adjustment system combined with an extended hitch design. We position the hitch far enough forward to provide clearance for the adjustment handles to make a complete rotation while the disc harrow remains attached to the tractor.
This allows operators to make front and rear gang-angle adjustments without removing the implement from the tractor's 3-point hitch. Whether you're changing soil conditions or adjusting how aggressively the harrow works the ground, the process is more convenient and requires less time spent disconnecting and reconnecting equipment.
Category 1 and Category 2 Tractor Compatibility
All Everything Attachments disc harrows are Category 1 quick-hitch compatible. Our Deluxe Box-Frame Disc Harrows are designed for compact and utility tractor applications, while the Large Deluxe Box-Frame Disc Harrow also accommodates Category 2 tractors for larger agricultural applications.
