5 of 5 Pallet forks April 12, 2022
Reviewer: Dustin Layne from Webbville, KY United States
Customer service was great. I received them in 6 days. When I first seen them I was surprised how heavy and well built they were compared to other brands at the same price or higher.

3 of 5 Product Good / Delivery Poor March 24, 2021
Reviewer: Dan Holton from Archer, FL United States
The Pallet Forks seem good.  Time will tell.

Delivery was extremely poor, way beyond the time stated.
(took 'over' three months to receive, though they processed my $1,_ _ _._ _ on day one).  Previous orders were timely.  EA RESPONSE:  Lead times have been quite unpredictable, with steel supply issues and other complications due to the 2020 china virus, and everything that brought us.  We apologize for the wait, and hope the performance of those awesome forks make up for the missing stars.

3 of 5 Wrong model! January 10, 2020
Reviewer: Brian Michaud from Crawford, TN United States
Pallet forks were well made. Cosmetic damages during rough shipping by shipper  and sub standard packaging by manufacturer. Also received the wrong model for my tractor. EA took them back but charged me return shipping. I think they should have taken a couple more minutes to correctly determine the correct model, esp. because JD has multiple attachment styles.  EA Response:  We wrap the attachments prior to shipping, but, unfortunately, some attachments have tougher trips than others due to the handling by carriers.  Concerning the hitch, what this customer requested was shipped to him with the requested John Deere mount.  We rely on the customer to tell us what mount their machine has and even ask them to describe it.  If the wrong one is requested and/or described, we can not help it.  If there is doubt, a pic is generally requested.  ****UPDATE**** After investigating.  This customer WAS NOT charged for the return of these forks.  EA paid for the return shipping.
