I placed my order online without issue.  I followed up with a phone call about a week later to get a better idea of the delivery time frame.  I received the exact item I ordered in good condition.  It's built really tough.  I did struggle with the removal of the pivot pin as it was bound up.  Great product and would buy again but don't think I will need too.
