This is the 18" point found on Everything Attachments Potato Plow, bolts not included. Most potato plows on the market today have 15" shovel points, so this one will give you a wider cut path. The bolt holes are 3/8" diameter and measure 2-1/4" from center to center.

Ordered this to use in the spring, harvesting, and fall so as of this review I have not placed it in the ground due to being March. I can say that the ordering and shipping was excellent. The product is much wider and heftier than my current point so the EA point should cut a better furrow and turn more dirt over.
