We form it in our press brake and get the curvature perfect. The cheaper companies will do this bucket either in 2 bends creating a easy spot for materials to stick OR weld two pieces together to form the back shell making it not near as strong. Our design allows material to release as soon as the bucket is tilted preventing mud, aggregate or clay from simply sticking in place! It has been tested on a powerful SVL-95, with Ted as the operator if he can't tear it up we're sure you can't either.
