I have done sales for almost 25 years, so when it comes to being sold something I'm always looking for the "catch". All the folks that I have either spoken to on the phone, the internet and at the EA facility have been nothing short of fantastic. They listen first, ask questions and then come up with a solution. You might be wondering why am I not reviewing the product, which by the way is awesome. Service is part of the value that is built into every product sold by EA. I say that because I'm always seeing people complaining constantly about the prices and wait time. So stop seeing the products as a just a piece metal. You can speak to the people that actually design, test or build the equipment you're looking to buy and get the right product for your needs. Which also includes above and beyond great after the sale customer service. So when looking at the wait time or price ask yourself (am i worth a great product and service?) If you answer is "YES" Then go get your new toy.
