2 of 5 Difficult spreader operation May 27, 2025

I watched the EA instructional videos on Agrex spreaders.  EA did not carry Agrex anymore.  After using my spreader 3 times (5 bags of fertilizer), I am not very happy with this spreader.  The main issue is the mechanism that controls the flow of product.  The 2 doors at the bottom of the hopper do not seal or move up and down very easily.  Also each door lever does not move very well and are hard to control.  It is very difficult to control while riding on the tractor and reaching back.  The thick metal between both levers has a series of holes in them.  Putting a pin in one of the holes is the stop for the levers.  The spacing between the holes needs to be finer and you cannot easily put the pin in the back set of holes.  I spent a lot of time trying to adjust the lever rods to make both doors open the same amount.  I was not very successful.  I think the entire system to get the material to come out of the hopper needs to be redesigned to make it more accurate and easier to use.

The spreader is a great tough piece of machinery. I’m new to the game of pasture management and thIs is just what I needed.

4 of 5 Missing bracket to mount banding kit June 22, 2021

I couldn't  wait to get one mounting bracket that was missing for mounting the banding kit to the spreader. Thus I made one and I had to adjust the one bracket that was included because it did not. Match the space. After 2 hrs making one and adjusting the other the unit worked as needed.
The reason I didn't  have time to wait is because the window for fertilizing my blueberries  was closing. Fertilize too late and I get winter injury.

Fertilizer spreader works great and the public chasing experience was as good as one could expect.  The spreader was in perfect condition when it arrived.  I could not be more pleased and will absolutely be purchasing equipment from these fine folks in the future.

Works great so far, just takes quite a few minutes to hook up the drive shaft and doesn't work with the Kubota 3 point quick connect :(.

Fair price and prompt delivery.  Nothing against Everything Attachments but I was dissapointed a bit with the spreader as there were quite a few deep scratches in the paint and chips of paint missing.  The gates on the spreader also seemed to be bent a bit and I had to repair and adjust them to fully open/close/
