I purchased a hopper from Everything Attachments and it arrived damaged. When I contacted the company, they refused to take responsibility for the damage. According to the shipper, the item was picked up from Everything Attachments already damaged, yet the company still would not cover the cost of repairs.
What followed was six months of back-and-forth with customer service that went absolutely nowhere. After all that time, the only resolution they offered was a $50 refund for touch-up paint and my “inconvenience.” Completely unacceptable given the condition of the item and the circumstances.
Customer service was hands-down the worst part of this experience — dismissive, unhelpful, and unwilling to stand behind their product.
For the price paid, I expected far better quality control and support. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want a company that stands behind what they sell.
