I’ve wanted a land plane for a while to deal with my gravel driveway and a gravel trail around our pond. I got it and used it the same day and my wife came home and was shocked at how good everything looked. I’m looking forward to using it over the years because I know it’s going to last.

Works well. The only quibble I have is that the gap between the the front cutting blade and the main (4x4) cross tube could be increased. Smoothing and leveling a crushed concrete driveway I experience material building up in front of the cutting blade to such an extent that it comes into contact with the cross tube interfering with the smooth flow and distribution of material. I will try completely removing the scarifiers from the cross tube next time to see if that helps.

The compact land leveler was a purchase I made for a stone job that needed grooming. This piece was very well built, heavy, had heavy cutting blades and skids underneath. It did everything I imagined it would do and more. I will be buying a second unit to add to my fleet. Highly recommend!!!

Game changer!
Have a 1000' gravel driveway with 10 percent slope; highly annoyed by the ruts and bumps made by the Amazon box trucks.  Had tried grooming with landscape rake and box blade; just couldn't get it smooth.  Land leveler is a whole new ballgame!  Cuts the tops of the ridges and fills in the valleys.  Takes multiple passes to get it "just right", but oh so happy with the result.  Used it also to smooth a hard clay riding arena, worked great.  5 stars/10 out of 10.  You won't regret it.

I wasn't sure if my tractor would be able to pull a 5 ft. wide land leveler.  My 4 ft. box blade can bring me to a stop if it gets too full of gravel.  The folks at EverythingAttachments.com pointed me to the compact 5.1 land leveler.  For anyone else wondering, I have a 24 HP John Deere 1025R and it doesn't struggle at all pulling this through my gravel driveway, which is about 400 yards long with a few inclines.  Even uphill it did just fine, as long as I'm in low gear.  It fixed all the pot holes and made my driveway look better and drive smoother than it has in years.  I highly recommend it for anyone needing to maintain a gravel driveway.

Overall the product is very well built and I thinks its the best available today.

Be aware, the packaging does not protect the product in anyway. There are multiple scratches and areas of worn paint to the bare metal. I had this same issue with my EA box blade so I kind of expected this to happen again.

The one thing I did not like is the upgrade to the wicked shanks option. The handles are all crooked and the welding is not very good. The welds on the handles are not smooth and have sharp edges.

Even though this was an inexpensive option I wish I would not have got it. It takes away from how good the rest of the land leveler looks.

Even though I had some small issues with both of my purchases from EA; I would not hesitate to order from them again because of the overall quality of their products.
