I haven't used these items yet but I think it would be helpful if the shanks were square and then that would cause another problem.  But I think the discs are going to be a bonus when I put in my rows to the garden.  I will be putting in 39 rows 60-70ft. long and will be planting corn, peas, carrots, okra, swiss chard, 180 watermelon and other items.  I hope this was helpful.  Along with all this planting, I am going to use drip tape and emitters for the watermelon.  Have a great Summer!!!!

Good working tools but they are made in China. I do not like sending my money to China. Please offer some USA made row builders for the next guy.

5 of 5 Almost as good as a pocket on a shirt. August 24, 2019
Reviewer: Randy Gray from Burna, KY United States
Turned an old one row cultivator into a hilling disc at a fraction of the cost.  Now I have two implements for my garden.  More importantly with the wet spring this year I would not of had a garden.  Once I had the disc installed and adjusted it took maybe an hour to hill 17 rows 100 feet long, each hill approximately 2 feet wide ans 12 to 16 inches deep.  With the torrential rains, the storm water was managed to prevent not only erosion but ponding.  Seed beds remained well drained.  I saved my back a lot of pain and have had an amazing yield and season.  I must give a lot  of credit to the hilling disc.  Very well made with sealed bearings.  I am looking forward to many seasons of gardens utilizing them.
