The teeth arrived out of their original packaging.  The teeth were laying at the bottom of the box.  The outer box had been opened and retaped.

Easy order, reasonable price, exact replacement as expected. Mounting bolt for the tooth sheared off leaving the tooth in the ground, so I wish a bolt had been supplied with the replacement teeth, but was not. Another trip to the hardware store.

We've drilled 700 holes with this auger and had to replace the teeth (that's what 1/3 rocks-2/3 soil will do).  Probably should have done it sooner, but the teeth are a piece of cake to replace.  Kudos!
