The original tip broke in half, trapped momentarily in a live oak root. The tip wasn't at fault.  I had the wrong safety bolt and it didn't snap to prevent this. The replacement came fast, wrapped correctly and fit perfectly.
I'm a customer for the last 8 years not a single complaint.  Great company to deal with.

I ordered two auger tips and received only one.  The one that I got looked used, even though I was assured it had not been.  The outer box had been opened and retaped.  Nate offered to send me the missing bit, but the quality was not up to my standard.  When I buy something new it needs to look new.
